The most effective and efficient communication channel between our tech support staff and our customers is a written description of your problem. Therefore, email, the form below, or faxes are preferable to phone calls. 

  Please include the make and model on all of your hardware components, your case, your operating system, and as much detail as you can remember about your problem and what you have tried already.  It's a very good idea to jot down notes as you troubleshoot, so every detail is written down. That's how technicians do it!
